  • Aeration every season either spring or fall is ideal. It reduces compaction, oxidizes the soil and allows the roots to take the appropriate nutrients and grow as vigorous as possible.

    Power raking is recommended each spring. If there is excessive thatch build up in the grass it might be time. Remember power raking is aggressive and is likely to damage some healthy grass while removing debris.
